Why Mirasmanda

Infrastructure the state can rely on

  1. 01

    Enhances existing systems

Mirasmanda connects to the systems agencies already run instead of replacing them.

  2. 02

    Sovereign by design

Each country keeps its own zone: its validators, data and licence.

  3. 03

    A neutral foundation

The Foundation keeps the network neutral and transparent and develops it for the long term.

  4. 04

    Ready for the region

Proven in Uzbekistan first, then extended to neighbouring countries on the same network.

FAQ

Questions institutions ask

What is Mirasmanda?

An institutional blockchain for Central Asia: an EVM network for government bodies and regulated finance. The Foundation keeps the standard neutral; Asterium and licensed operators build and run deployments.

Whose requirements does the network follow?

Tokens on the network operate under NAPP, the National Agency for Perspective Projects. The HUMO Stablecoin pilot runs under NAPP and the Central Bank of Uzbekistan.

How can we check what is on the network?

Every issue is listed in the public register at mirasmanda.uz, and every transaction can be opened in the Blockscout explorer — without asking us.

Can developers connect without a request?

Yes. RPC and the explorer are public, and wallets such as MetaMask connect directly. Issuance and integration go through the team.

Who builds solutions on the network?

Partners. Asterium builds and operates deployments, HUMO Digital issues the stablecoin, Finbrok issues the AUZ gold token.

Can other countries join?

That is the plan. After pilots in Uzbekistan, proven solutions are to be extended to neighbouring countries.

Does the Foundation sell tokens?

No. The Foundation does not sell tokens or offer investment products. It develops the network and works with partners.

How do we start?

Send a request with your organisation and what you want to launch. The team replies with the next step, usually a short intro call.
